Buildings and Sites

LocationOne Information System (LOIS) is a cyber-database that allows users to search for available commercial and industrial buildings and sites in the Iowa City area. Specific information such as building or site characteristics, utility services to the property and contact information can all be found in the system. The database also features community and area information including demographics, transportation, tax incentives and quality of life.

The LocationOne database tool allows users to share data — anywhere, anytime, anyone can search by building, site or city. And, users have the ability to customize a search by a number of variables including building size, acres needed or specific location. To find Technology Corridor buildings and sites click here.

The LocationOne database is consistent with the National Data Standards, developed by the International Economic Development Council, which allows the comparison of sites using similar data.
